    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to students in order to support their social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. This full-time position is based in Latur, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A master's degree in clinical psychology or a related field
    • Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy to children and adolescents
    • Strong knowledge of clinical psychology theories, principles, and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques
    • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
    • Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students overcome challenges
    • Experience in student development and promoting mental health awareness

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct psychological assessments of students to identify emotional, social, and cognitive factors affecting their well-being
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed
    • Provide counseling and therapy to students to address emotional and behavioral issues
    • Administer and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive abilities, personality traits, and emotional functioning
    • Monitor and track student progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly
    • Educate teachers, parents, and staff on strategies to support students' mental health and well-being
    • Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress reports
    • Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of clinical psychology and apply best practices in daily work
    • Collaborate with other members of the support team, such as school counselors and special educators, to provide a comprehensive approach to student support
