    • Fresher OR experience in Voice process.

    Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.

    • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
    • Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution.
    • Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
    • Keeping a proper record of the customers.
    • Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Candidate must have good command on written and spoken English.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
