    We're looking for an Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-impact strategies, managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, and leveraging analytics to drive growth.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies across various platforms with measurable KPIs.
    Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In to drive ROI.
    Monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to enhance user experience and lead generation.
    Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
