- Develop and implement design solutions for a range of marketing materials, including digital graphics, print collateral, advertising, and branded merchandise.
- Manage projects from conception through completion, including initial concept development, design, revision, and final production.
- Maintain a current understanding of design trends and best practices in higher education to ensure our branding remains fresh and relevant.
- Recruit and develop a team in accordance with the company's needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including both print and digital media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
