    Key Deliverables

    1. Deliver hands-on training for shift and store managers, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
    2. Monitor kitchen team performance through quality checks and implement a staff certification system.
    3. Conduct sensory evaluations and mystery orders to assess service performance and share findings with stakeholders.
    4. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals and workforce development.

    Role Responsibilities

    1. Provide continuous culinary training, focusing on recipe SOPs, kitchen equipment usage, and operational processes.
    2. Support new store openings and ensure smooth launches through effective training and onboarding.
    3. Offer tailored coaching and real-time feedback to enhance competencies and identify high-potential employees for leadership programs.
    4. Track training effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies for improvement, while maintaining accurate training records and developing reports.
