Job Summary: As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to quality standards, and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
3. Quality Control: Ensure that workmanship and materials meet specified quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
4. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
5. Progress Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or unforeseen obstacles.
7. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
8. Documentation: Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
9. Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety.
10. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision or a Interior Site Supervisor
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction techniques, project management software, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
4. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
