    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team.

    The Academic Counselor will play a key role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals and educational needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable training programs.

    This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their professional aspirations.

    Requirements

    1. Conduct consultations with prospective students to understand their educational background, career objectives, and prior experience in the IT field.

    • Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on selecting the most appropriate training programs based on their goals and skill level.
    • Explain the curriculum, course objectives, and learning outcomes of our IT training programs to prospective students in a clear and concise manner.
    • Address any questions or concerns raised by students regarding the training programs, admission process, or other related matters.
    • Assist students in completing the enrollment process, including filling out application forms, submitting required documents, and processing payments.
    • Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to provide additional information and support as needed.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to track student inquiries, applications, and enrollment numbers, and provide regular updates on prospective student status.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the IT job market to effectively advise students on their career paths.
    • Participate in marketing events, webinars, and outreach activities to promote our training programs and attract new students.
    • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment data using our CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales, preferably in the IT training industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
