The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in civil supervision. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in a construction company
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for project execution
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site
• Manage and maintain project documentation
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
