Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• position will be focused onconfiguring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor) throughout the implementation & support lifecycles
• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverables
• Production issues
• PaaS components
• Update and Implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
• and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business
• & Manage Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environments
• with internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages
• HCM KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboards
• and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime
• technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications
• as the primary point of contact for payroll issues in Oracle HCM Cloud
• system requirements and process flows
• with Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution
• business continuity and disaster recovery processes

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications

• of Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science / MBA with HR as major or equivalent
• years of experience configuring, supporting and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor).
• years of overall HCM experience as functional consultant
• knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be valuable
• in leading full Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-out
• with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutions
• understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management
• to lead other functional leads through the different project phases.
• and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)
• to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expert
