*Role Overview:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVP of Engineering to lead our technical team in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for post-op patient monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and mobile application design and development, AI/ML capabilities, data integration and management, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and imaging AI. Additionally, the candidate should excel in product road-mapping, planning, and hands-on AI/ML coding.

*Responsibilities:*

Drive the product and technology teams in designing, developing, and deploying web and mobile applications for post-op patient monitoring.

Drive AI/ML initiatives to enhance patient data analysis, predictive analytics, and personalized healthcare recommendations.

Oversee data integration and management processes, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, integrating new technologies as needed to improve product offerings.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in web and mobile application design and development, with expertise in AI/ML technologies.

Strong knowledge of data integration, management, and cloud platforms, especially GCP.

Experience with imaging AI and its applications in healthcare is highly desirable.

Proficiency in product road-mapping, planning, and execution, with hands-on coding experience in AI/ML.
