    Description

    PositionOverview: We are seeking a motivated and experiencedSales Executive to join our team in Lala Bazaar. The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales andmarketing with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C salesprocesses particularly within the FMCG (FastMoving Consumer Goods)and other fastrolling product sectors. They should possessexcellent communication skills in English and be proficient inusing Excel sheets for basic dataanalysis.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Developand Implement Sales Strategies: Devise effective salesstrategies to meet and exceed targets for both B2B and B2C segmentswith a focus on products. Collaborate with the sales team toexecute these strategiesefficiently.
    2. ClientRelationship Management: Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients while actively seeking out newopportunities for business development within product sectors.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the salesprocess.
    3. MarketResearch: Conduct thorough market research to identifypotential clients and market trends. Analyze competitor activitiesand market conditions to adapt sales strategiesaccordingly.
    4. SalesReporting and Analysis: Utilize Excel sheets and othertools to generate sales reports and analyze data specific products.Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas forimprovement.
    5. ProductKnowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our productsand effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.Stay updated on industry trends and developments within thesesectors.
    6. Negotiationand Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients in theproduct sectors to secure contracts and agreements. Close deals ontime while maximising profitability for thecompany.
    7. TeamCollaboration: Work closely with the sales team as wellas other departments such as marketing and customer support toensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfactionwithin the productsectors.

    Requirements:
