- Providing resolution ofroutine support issues and escalating recurring questions andsupport issues to the Sales Platform Leader for futureaction.
- Liaise with other senior managers formore advanced user support and/or troubleshooting.
- Provide regular updates to the UX team on user feedbackto specific sales platform features or functions issues and/orneeds for additional training and shares ideas for continuallyimproving business and support processes.
- Implement minor enhancements on sales platforms monthlybased on user feedback.
- Utilize and improveupon functional excellence practices and Global Sales Enablementtools.
- Collaborate with Global SalesEnablement teams to increase tool adoption and to promoteenhancements.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Salesforce or equivalent Salestools
- Familiarity with MS Office PowerBI
- Experience working in a sales organization(sales representative sales support) preferred.
- Experience working in customer service or supportpreferred.
