    Roles and Responsibilities:

    KPI Management:

    • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations.
    • Monitor and analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
    • Generate regular reports on KPIs to provide insights to management and stakeholders.

    HR Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to employees to foster professional development and growth.
    • Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

    Office Administration:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to office operations and HR activities.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance productivity and teamwork.
    • Facilitate regular team meetings and trainings to promote employee engagement and professional development.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in office management and HR to drive continuous improvement.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the office team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
    • Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in office management, HR administration, and KPI management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
