- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations.

- Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in office management, HR administration, and KPI management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
