    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales

    team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers by

    telephone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and ultimately drive

    sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable

    making cold calls, and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Location Akurdi, Pune

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.

    Develop a strong understanding of the products or services offered to effectively

    communicate their benefits to customers.

    Engage with leads and prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to

    secure sales appointments or close sales over the phone.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales

    opportunities in the CRM system.

    Listen to and address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and

    efficiently.

    Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and track the progress of potential

    customers.

    Participate in regular sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills

    and product knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

    Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not

    required.

    Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

    Ability to confidently and persuasively present product information to potential customers.

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales

    targets.

    Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.

    Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

    Compensation: Base salary with commission or performance-based bonuses.
