JobDescription Develop detailedplans and accurate estimates for completion of build system testingand implementation phases of project.

Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level andorganizational initiatives with an objective of providing highquality value adding solutions to customers.

Lead the team in understanding ASIS situation and design andvalidate the To Be design. Responsible forreviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans toensure all requirements have been met.
Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that newfunctionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existingfunctionality. Ensure knowledge transfer tofunctional analysts as necessary to increase their understandingand utilization of the systems andapplications. Act as the technical expertensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues andproviding timely solutions. Follow alldesign work and integration testing protocols change controlprocedures uses standards procedures and practices in performingrequired work. Provide direct reportsongoing development feedback coaching andmentoring. Comply with all coding standardsand performance measures as per customer/organizationsguidelines.
