As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and delivering excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals
    • Coordinate with clients and provide them with product information and pricing details
    • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Follow up on sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
