    Job Title- Manager- First Mile Return to Seller

    Job Location- Rajkot- Gujarat

    Job Experience- 7+ years

    Must known Language- Gujarati/ Marwadi

    Role Overview:

    The Manager FMRTS will be responsible for overseeing the complete First Mile and Return to Seller operations in the Rajkot region. The role focuses on ensuring efficient pickup, sorting, and return of seller shipments, driving operational excellence, managing vendor and team performance, and ensuring adherence to compliance and service-level expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end First Mile (pickup) and Return to Seller (RTS) operations in the assigned territory.
    • Ensure timely and accurate pickup of seller shipments and coordination for returns.
    • Lead a team of on-ground executives, delivery associates, and logistics partners.
    • Monitor KPIs such as pickup performance, RTS rate, TAT (turnaround time), and process compliance.
    • Plan and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee 3PL/vendor partners to ensure smooth coordination, quality service, and contractual adherence.
    • Identify bottlenecks in First Mile or RTS processes and drive corrective actions.
    • Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews with internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across operations.
    • Work closely with hubs, customer service, warehouse teams, and sellers to resolve escalations.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or operations with a strong focus on First Mile or Return operations.
    • Proven team management experience, preferably in a high-volume logistics or warehouse setting.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or logistics management tools.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of lean or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
    • MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatory.
