- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and document any non-conformities and work with the appropriate teams to address and resolve issues
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to quality control processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and records
