    Job Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at TRUTUFF SAFETY GLASS Pvt. Ltd. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with all industry regulations. This is a full-time position with senior-level experience required (7-10 years).

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 7-10 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Proficient in using quality inspection tools and equipment
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
    • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Identify and document any non-conformities and work with the appropriate teams to address and resolve issues
    • Perform quality audits to assess adherence to quality control processes and procedures
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
    • Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and records
    • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of quality processes
    • Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations
    • Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices
