    • Key Responsibilities:

    •Lead the team, manage all client relationships

    •Ensuring that quality deliverables are produced in a timely manner and in accordance with the process methodology

    •Quality review of work produced by his team

    •Allocate work to team members as per their areas of specialization and track the progress thereof to obtain optimum utilization and efficiency and to ensure that all deadlines/service standards are met and are within budget

    •Provide feedback on the performance of the team members

    •Responsible for communications with the client and ensuring all engagement processes are followed

    •Maintain budgets with actual and escalate as necessary

    •Review data processing & analysis

    •Engagement Support

    •Review duty payment processing

    •Review E-waybill request processing

    •Processing of vendor bills

    •Record keeping, addressing cross border movement of goods

    •Invoice Approval


    •11-15 years of CIT experience

    •Bachelor degree /Master degree/Engineering degree

    •Exposure to global supply-chain, trade compliance, KPI reporting, product engineering and analysis

    •Trade compliance activities for clients that mitigate risk and preserve value for the clients; covering imports, exports, special trade programs, other government agencies (OGAs), licenses and authorizations and export controls compliance

    •Idea about customs valuation, customs regulations, reviewing the customs import entries and classification of goods for aforementioned countries

    •Import – Customs clearance processing knowledge

    •Addressing cross border movement of goods

    •Having knowledge of Customs Regulation, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), Allied Acts.

    • Should have worked in a team environment and have led large teams

    •Should have project management experience

    •Good communication skills both written and verbal

    •Attention to details, deadline oriented and able to manage time effectively

    •Good computer skills, including MS Office applications/ Power BI (good to have)

    Committed, Ability to work long hours during busy periods.
