    Specialist, Credit Control-(WD57022)

    Job Purpose

    To be responsible for the credit administration related work

    Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure limits are activated within agreed SLA
  • Monitoring Limits
  • Ensure Exceptions are highlighted/Monitored/tracked
  • 4. Maintaining accuracy in MIS

    5. Driving various projects undertaken by Bank / Department.

    6. Ensure updation of trackers on exception item is done regularly.

    7. Liaising with various stakeholders (Credit/Business/Ops, etc.)

    Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Loading of limits in system.
  • Updation of Tracker/files/records on regular basis.
  • To ensure timely tracking monitoring of various exception items
  • Experience

    The job holder should have requisite skills in terms of understanding the various products offered by the bank. He/She should have handled credit administration Jobs. Minimum stint of 4-5 year in credit administration

    Education / Preferred Qualifications

    The job holder needs to be at least a graduate in the Commerce stream. Basic knowledge of computers and systems are necessary

    Job Knowledge : The job holder needs to have thorough job knowledge and needs to know as to what is expected from him/her.

    Organising Skills: The job holder needs to be organised to meet the various deadlines.

    Proactive: To understand the system implementations and grasp the changes faster.

    Communication Skills: The job holder needs to have an effective verbal as well as written communication skills.

    Interpersonal Skills: The job holder needs to liaise with all the BU's/FIGs/CRMs/other departments etc and hence requires good interpersonal skills to complete the job done in required time frame.

    Technical Competencies

    The job holder needs to have the basic computer skills and also understand the different systems used by the Bank

    Work Relationship

    To work with:

    Internal: Head Credit and other business managers, HR and Audit team

    External: Credit Admin HO, IBG BU, etc.
