    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced professional to support and maintain OpenText VIM projects, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

     


    Key Responsibilities



    • Analyze, design, configure, test and implement OpenText VIM solutions to meet business needs.

    • Possess sound knowledge on document archiving, OCR scanning, workflows and process types including integration with SAP S/4 HANA applications.


    • Maintain strong analytical skills for prompt incident resolution as L0,L1 &L2 Application Maintenance Support specialist responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for service restoration/permanent resolutions of production incidents.
