- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each department.
- Source freelance recruiters and roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events for In-house roles.
- Manage work of freelance recruiters and junior recruiters, ensure there is high productivity and manage output to ensure targets assigned to freelance recruiters and junior recruiters are met.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for positions in legal, marketing, sales, finance, and other departments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders across different departments and clients
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process and vendor contracts for MOH.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness across all departments.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters and provide support as needed.
- Prepare or review prescreening inputs, create processes to scale prescreening, and coordinate with clients for feedback and briefing of profiles shared.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment across multiple departments with a focus on digital marketing, design, web design, legal, content writing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to close positions within assigned timelines and proven track record of the same.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers across different departments.

About the Company and the Role:
SCGB Solutions is a Bengaluru-based business consultancy providing consulting (digital marketing {performance marketing, social media marketing, content writing, graphic design, Martech, etc.}, corporate law services, and recruitment services to corporates and small businesses). The person joining this role will be responsible to play a key role in helping SCGB Solutions in managing the recruitment vertical and in-house recruitment and talent acquisition for SCGB's brand MOH (visit ) for more information. This will be a mix of individual contributor and managerial roles.
Roles and responsibilities:
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (other than 2nd and 3rd Saturday)
Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
