- Will be responsible for All Airport outlets.
- Must understand Food & Paper Costing and P&L Ownership
- Oversee all Food and Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to meet financial targets.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards.
- Coordinate with culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor trends in F&B industry and implement changes to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
- Drive initiatives to promote loyalty and repeat business.
