As the Senior Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our English Language Learning materials by educators and institutions globally. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that equip teachers and trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize our materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training Curriculum Development: Develop and update training curriculum and materials in alignment with educational trends and product updates.
2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, for teachers and trainers.
3. Needs Assessment: Evaluate the training needs of educators and institutions and tailor training programs accordingly.
4. Resource Creation: Create training materials like guides, manuals, videos, and resources for professional development.
5. Assessment and Feedback: Implement assessments to measure training program effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
6. Collaboration with Product Development: Provide input to enhance products based on customer feedback and educational needs.
7. Mentoring Trainers: Offer ongoing support and mentorship to freelance trainers.
8. Staying Current: Stay updated with the latest developments in English Language Learning, instructional technology, and teaching methods.
9. Working with Other Departments: Collaborate with various departments like content development, sales, marketing, and more to ensure a cohesive strategy.
10. Delivering Product Demonstrations: Responsibly deliver online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase excellence.
11. Preparation of Internal Training Modules: Develop and organize internal training modules for the team.
12. Planning and Conducting Refresher Training: Plan and execute refresher product training sessions for teachers and sales and marketing team.
13. Providing Regular Usage Reports: Prepare and deliver reports on product usage to product specialists.
14. Sharing Customer Feedback: Communicate customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
15. Ongoing Client Support: Maintain continuous engagement and support for clients.
16. Identifying Freelance Trainers: Identify and onboard new freelance trainers for the organization.
17. Keep abreast of developments in training methodologies, adult learning principles, and technology-enabled learning tools to continuously enhance the quality of our training programs.
NOTE: Traveling PAN India: This role requires traveling across India as part of the job.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT) or English Language Learning (ELL) training.
- Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL/TEFL) is a plus.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and events
- Engage with stakeholders including media, partners, and clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning tools.
- Excellent MS Office & Analytical Skills
