A manager/sr manager leads larger or more influential groups at Zinnia and interfaces with other functional teams to maximize efficiency productivity and performance ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assume the role of a leader overseeing the efforts of associates and/or front-line manager in the department including but not limited to : hiring and termination decisions supporting and coaching existing employees act as a mentor to less experienced managers or individuals identified as future manager candidates monitoring performance conducting performance reviews setting individual and team goals participating in development of organizational goals objectives accountability for departmental expenses budgets SLA performance increased responsibility decision-making requiring creativity innovation finding new solutions complex issues collaborating with functional teams achieving common organizational goals objectives developing effective working relationships managers zinnia Operations departments assisting director needed work Information Technology appropriate business systems taking ownership resolving customer rep broker/dealer complaints questions system enhancements administrative issues ensure complete research analysis rep/client issues providing necessary problem resolution accountable implementing developing new procedures workflow processes support corporate goals objectives collecting documenting interpreting information Macro Measures incentives needs creating reports Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint others account responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery clients.
