Responsibilities:

As a Production Shift In-charge in the dairy industry, the candidate will be responsible for the following:-

• Overseeing and coordinating the production activities within your designated shift
• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, monitoring processes, and resolving any operational issues that arise during your shift
• Collaborate with the production manager and other shift in-charges to create production schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards, inspecting products at various stages of the production process, and addressing any quality issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and sanitation standards, to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the dairy industry is essential, preferably in a production or manufacturing role
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, equipment, and quality standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in a fast-paced production environment
• Sound understanding of safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
