Analyze customer segmentation and sales trends to assess business potential Conduct trainings on regulatory guidelines and products Plan for branch activation through R&R activities Drive campaign/contest for Partner Bank to drive sales in profitable segments Assist banking partners in pitching product to crucial customers & driving sales closure Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers Gather market information of potential partner Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients Engage with cross functional teams Ensure seamless execution of work across channels Deliver desired productivity Gather relevant documents from customer Resolve operational issues Faced by partners Provide support for cancellation requests Policy endorsements Track such requests Ensure ease of process & approvals Coordinate with internal Ops team Support partners to register claims on behalf of customers
