    Description

    We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales with a background in instrumentation, mechanical or electronics engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting our industrial products to customers in various industries.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts.

    Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, both new and existing.

    Provide technical support to customers regarding our industrial products.

    Conduct customer site visits to understand their requirements and propose solutions.

    Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.

    Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

    Analyze sales data to prepare market reports and monitor customer feedback.

    Monitor production of marketing materials and conduct market research.

    Maintain individual query status and follow up for documents.

    Address customer complaints on-site and provide timely resolution.

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma, BE, or MBA in instrumentation, mechanical, electronics or communication engineering.
    • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in the specified industries.
    • Knowledge of basic principles of marketing.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well in a team and handle stress.
    • Willingness to work in the office and in the field.
    • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel within the region to visit customers and attend events.
