    Position Summary:

    The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting various aspects of marketing operations, including event coordination, content creation, budget management, brand communication, and material distribution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve marketing objectives while maintaining brand integrity.

    Job Role Summary:

    • Assist in coordinating marketing events and activities, supporting logistics and execution.
    • Contribute to content creation and social media management, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and processing payments for vendors.
    • Support in managing marketing campaigns and communication channels.
    • Aid in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Oversee brand communication, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and implementing content and design.
    • Monitor financial aspects of events and marketing activities, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
    • Handle marketing communication channels internally and externally, maintaining consistency in messaging.
    • Provide marketing materials internally and externally, verifying data accuracy and updating presentations as needed.
