Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in Construction Interior Firms to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a sales manager role within construction or interior firms.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and sales forecasting (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, actively sourcing potential leads and turning them into sales opportunities.
- Strong skills in pipeline management for efficient tracking and advancing of sales leads.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relations.
- Understanding of market trends in the interior construction industry to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with analytical prowess to forecast sales and set performance goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base in the construction interior domain.
- Ensure consistent lead generation through various channels and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and identify potential areas for sales growth.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring further business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, working closely to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management on performance against targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies and enhance brand presence in the market.
