    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Technical Sales Specialist to spearhead the expansion of our business in the B2B and B2G sectors. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading a team of sales professionals across various regions, acquiring and retaining clients, promoting additional products or features to existing clients, and staying updated on evolving consumer preferences. The role will involve regular travel to client sites, including industrial facilities, commercial establishments, and educational campuses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing a robust Go-to-Market strategy to achieve specified sales targets.
    • Supervising sales executives and monitoring their performance through performance evaluations.
    • Acquiring new clients through direct engagement, participation in industry events, and collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Conducting on-site visits for client engagement, delivering sales presentations, and demonstrating product functionalities.
    • Engaging in various sales funnel activities, including inside sales, client meetings, product showcases, and contract discussions.
    • Deepening knowledge of all company products and services.
    • Participating in networking events to explore new business opportunities.
    • Identifying opportunities for product upgrades and additional offerings to meet client needs.
    • Negotiating favorable terms with clients to drive sales.
    • Staying updated on market trends to ensure product relevance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
    • Proficiency in sales team management and performance assessment.
    • Solid grasp of technical concepts, with the ability to comprehend product applications and scopes.
    • Capability to enhance revenue streams by addressing client pain points with suitable products or services.
    • Intuitive and perceptive, particularly in understanding human behavior.
    • Professional yet approachable demeanor.
    • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
    • Exceptional networking abilities.
    • Resourceful nature with excellent research capabilities.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales targeting industries, commercial establishments, and educational institutions.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Previous exposure to selling Sensors, Electronics, IoT, or PLC systems is a plus.

    Salary Offer

    Annual compensation range: INR 12-20 Lakhs (Additional travel stipend provided separately)
