    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at SPV TSAR LABCARE. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or laboratory equipment industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or laboratory equipment industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products
    • Experience in product marketing and retail sales is a plus
    • Good internal communication skills to work effectively with the team
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and networking
    • Present and demonstrate our products to prospective customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
