    Role Summary :
    Acquiring & Nurturing B2B Relationships with MFDs, IFAs, Wealth Managers, Stock Brokers etc. and seeking out alliances which are relevant to what we do, venturing into uncharted territories and creating endless synergies in the B2B space (Individual Financial Advisors, Mutual Fund Distributors, Stock Brokers, Wealth Managers etc.)


    Post empanelment, educate, support the partner and help them sell the fixed income product(P2PInvestment,Bond,NCBs) to their end clients and thereby garner large investments on a monthly basis.


    Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

    • Reach out to B2B Financial Advisors (Prospects): will involve active reach outs
    • Meeting B2B Prospects and showcasing our product proposition to convince them to empanel and distribute our product
    • Facilitating onboarding and managing tieups with B2B Partners to get the investment through their end customers in our company's fixed income investment products
    • Conducting regular product training sessions on regular basis for clients & channel partners
    • Garnering AUM (drive sales) on regular basis through different B2B partners
    • Creating daily MIS and reports.
    • Conducting business engagement activities (portfolio review, advisory, creating strategies) with these partners to scale

    Required Experience :

    • CA / BBA, MBA (Finance) / CFA / Post Graduate from top collage / University.
    • Min 10 Years of relevant experience in Business Development of Financial Sales of Investment Products like Bonds, NCBs, P2P Lending etc
    • B2B sales / Enterprise sales experience is preferred. (Finance Product sales, SAAS sales, Banking product sales, Insurance sales preferred)
    • Proficiency in MS Office especially Ms Excel
    • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
    • Experience with growth marketing & communication is a plus
    • Strong Analytical skills
