    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to customers on product-related queries and issues.
    • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
    • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
    • Create and maintain documentation for product support processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and user experience.

    The selected candidate will be based in Bangalore and will work in a global company with 51-200 employees in the IT Services and Consulting sector.

    Requirements:**
