POSITION PURPOSE

As a Senior BIM Engineer / Architect you will beresponsible for creating managing and coordinating accurate anddetailed Building Information Models (BIM) for our projects. Youwill collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the effectiveutilization of BIM methodologies and deliver highquality BIMdeliverables.

The idealcandidate possesses experience in creating 3D models using BIMsoftware such as Revit AutoCAD or ArchiCAD. Attention to detailtechnical proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment are important. They should have strong problemsolvingskills and be able to interpret design documents and specificationsaccurately. Familiarity with BIM standards and a willingness tolearn and adapt to new software and technologies is desirable.

The role is applicable forall disciplines (Architecture Structure MEP and Civil.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

BIM Modeling:

• Develop 3D BIM models usingindustryleading software such as Revit based on projectrequirements.
• Create and manage BIM familiescomponents and templates.
• Ensure accuracycompleteness and coordination of BIM models across all disciplines.
• Incorporate design changes and updates intothe BIM models as directed by project teams.

Clash Detection andCoordination:

• Assistin resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines andmaking necessary adjustments to the BIM models.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolveclashes and coordinate design elements.
• Participate in regular coordination meetingsand interdisciplinary workshops to address clashes and conflicts.

Drawing Generation andDocumentation:

• Generateaccurate and highquality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIMmodels.
• Ensure consistency and adherence toproject standards in the extracted drawings.
• Review and verify the accuracy of extracteddrawings before submission.

BIM Standards and BestPractices:

• Adhereto established BIM standards protocols and best practices withinthe organization.
• Ensure compliance withindustry standards and guidelines for BIM modeling andcoordination.
• Collaborate with the BIM team todevelop and enhance BIM workflows and processes.

Collaboration andCommunication:

• Collaborateeffectively with project teams including architects engineers andcontractors.
• Communicate BIMrelatedinformation and updates to project stakeholders.
• Participate in coordination meetings andprovide BIMrelated input and expertise.

Continuous LearningandDevelopment:

• Stayupdated with the latest advancements in BIM technology software andindustry trends.
• Seek opportunities forprofessional development and attend relevant training programs.
• Share knowledge and best practices with teammembers to enhance collective expertise.

QUALIFICATIONSTANDARDS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years experience andextensive experience in Developing complex Building InformationModels (BIM) for largescale projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as RevitAutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge ofBIM standards protocols and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
• Leadership abilitiesand the capacity to collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentationskills.
• Familiarity with construction industrypractices and processes.
