    Job Description: Technical Lead (Artificial Intelligence)

    Location: Bangalore

    Experience: 6 years and above

    Role Overview:

    As a Technical Lead specializing in Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of AI products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI, coupled with excellent leadership skills to guide a team effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the end-to-end AI product development process, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and maintaining high-quality standards.

    Integrate cutting-edge AI features and enhancements into existing products to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

    Develop, test, and deploy AI models, with a primary focus on LLM's (Language Models).

    Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align AI solutions to meet organizational objectives.

    Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, implementing relevant technologies and methodologies.

    Required Educational Qualifications:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    Experience:

    6 to 10 years of professional experience in AI product development, with expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

    Prior experience in the Testing and Test Automation domain would be advantageous.

    Required Skills:

    Proficiency in Python programming language.

    Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, coupled with practical experience using relevant tools and frameworks.

    Experience working with GenAI-based applications, demonstrating proficiency in developing and deploying such solutions.

    Knowledge of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) is essential for the effective management and deployment of machine learning models.
