    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Chief Financial Officer - NBFC

    Location - Delhi

    Minimum Years Of Finance Experience Of Which 10 Years In NBFC


    Key Responsibility Area:

    • Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.
    • Control over multiple financial functions (accounting, taxation, statutory, treasury management, management information)


    • Debt Restructuring/Funding

    • Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.
    • Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off
    • Must have handled minimum 1520 Member team
    • Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.
    • Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.
    • Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.
    • Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.
    • Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making.
    • Groom next level of capable young leaders in the team.

    Qualification :

    • CA with 1520 years of experience with a Minimum of 8 years in NBFC/Financial services
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.
    • Reporting to Chairman
