    Description

    Role:

    This individual will be responsible for building market leadership for company in Home Solutions space by driving Household subscriptions and delivering robust growth through new innovative value propositions, while sustaining the BAU business & increasing its profitability.

    KRAs for this individual are topline (Revenue & Growth), bottom line (Net Contribution) & innovation.


    What You'll Do:

    • Drive Category Growth & Revenue: Develop the category marketing strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue; Create new growth engines through new avenues to up sell, crosssell & more; Work closely with Sales team to achieve revenue goals
    • Pricing: Drive revenue growth by working closely with Sales team on proposals especially customized solutions for various B2B partners
    • New Product Development: Lead the new product development initiatives for OneAssist. This will include identifying new areas of growth and launching new products in line with broader strategic goals
    • Drive P&L: Own and drive the overall productcategory P&L and improve unit economics
    • Increase Market Share: Enhance existing product offerings and customer experience to increase market share
    • GTM: Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch (GTM), working closely with sales, service and tech teams
    • Influence User Journey: Work closely with tech team to develop/improve the user journey experience
    • Improve Customer Experience: Work with teams like Customer Service, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention

    Stakeholder Management:
    Work closely with business development / sales leaders to meet category revenue targets

    • Consumer Insight: Develop deep understanding of Consumer, households and Market need gaps to develop new products & value propositions

    What You MUST have:

    • 78 years of proven experience of building & growing new categories in consumer space
    • Experience of working in a Consumer/Insure/Health/Fin-Tech startup ecosystem is MUST
    • MBA from a reputed institute
