    Key Responsibilities:

    • You'll possess knowledge of Development ecosystem tooling: Git/CI/Docker/Kubernetes.
    • You'll have experience in software architecture design skills for maintaining High Availability and Fault Tolerance.
    • You'll have experience within the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and experience in agile product development practices.
    • You'll have proficiency in Octopus, TeamCity, Serverless framework, Terraform, AWS, Windows, Linux, Containerization.
    • You'll work with business and product owners on continuous improvements.
    • You'll have experience in Dev-Ops deployment automation design with GitHub Actions.
    • You'll assess and advise on serverless development frameworks.
    • You'll manage, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve Incidents for core applications and adhere to the SLAs.
    • You'll work with the Critical incident team to do the root cause analysis and help prepare preventive actions.
    • You'll monitor applications and infrastructure alerts, and react promptly.
    • You'll understand the requirement of alerts and configuring the same into New Relic tools.
    • You'll know systems architecture within high-availability environments.
    • You'll have knowledge and practical experience in build/deploy automation, scripting, code repo, containers.
    • You'll work with the release team to ensure smooth releases.

    Requirements:

    • You'll have great communication skills leading to a strong rapport with all internal stakeholders.
    • You'll have a minimum 6+ years of experience in Development and Production support.
    • You'll have good experience over .net, SQL, MVC, API, WCF, network fundamentals etc.
    • You'll have proficiency and experience in Octopus, TeamCity, Serverless framework, Terraform, AWS, Windows, Linux, Containerization.
    • You'll maintain and suggest CI/CD best practices and automating security testing at the speed of DevOps.
    • You'll maintain all central Dev-related systems for source control, CI, Service Discovery, and more.
    • You'll use a continuous delivery mindset to ensure a frictionless path to production.
    • You'll have Knowledge and practical experience in build/deploy automation, scripting, code repo, containers.
    • You'll have extensive knowledge on managing issues reported by business, RCA, proposing/doing fixes, working on SQL scripts; documentation, ad-hoc reporting etc.
