We are hiring for the position of IQAC Coordinator for our University.

You will be responsible for :-

• Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
• Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
• Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.
• Organizing inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
• Maintain a copy of the records and file all the activities conducted across all the departments of the Institute.
• Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
• Ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
• Ensure enhancement and coordination among various activities of the institution and institutionalize all good practices.

Eligibility Criteria-

Qualification - Masters in any background ( Must )

Experience - Relevant 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Control in Education Sector.

Salary: As per university norms commensurate with qualification & experience.
