Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized QA COE. He/She/They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices, processes, tools, and standards for quality assurance within an organization. The QA COE ensures that software and products meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.

Role:

• As the Head of Testing Center of Excellence, the role encompasses leading and strategizing testing efforts in alignment with Digital and IT initiatives across Mindsprint
• This involves overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing and automation frameworks, ensuring the quality of Digital solutions and IT systems.
• Responsible for managing a team of testing professionals, collaborating with Digital and IT stakeholders, and implementing innovative testing methodologies.
• Additionally, play a crucial role in driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement in testing processes to meet the dynamic demands of the digital and IT landscape.
• Scan the market for upcoming trends in testing and incubate capability to meet the future needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision, values, and strategic priorities of the Testing COE in alignment with the overall Technology strategy of Digital, IT across Mindsprint
• Responsible for managing End to End testing capability at organization level
• Responsible for overall strategic management and planning of the functioning of the Testing topics
• Provide effective leadership to identify defects/issues (both technical/product related and team related) across the team to develop mitigation plans
• People Management, Demand Management and Vendor Partner relationship to drive various engagements
• Regular Interaction with Executive management on strategic testing topics
• Strengthen and build the testing capability through well-established QA process focusing on Automation, Tools etc
• Develop a multidisciplinary team who are future ready by implementing innovative testing methodologies.
• Measure and report overall Testing COE performance and risks & mitigation actions periodically
