    Job Summary

    As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of our social media strategies across various platforms. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to enhance our portfolio brands' online visibility, engage with their audiences, grow their pages, and drive user engagement.

    Expected CTC: 2.5-3LPA, depending on skills and qualifications.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, text, images, videos, and graphics.

    Posting and Scheduling and operations: Manage the social media content calendar, schedule posts, stories, and ensure timely and consistent updates across platforms. Also take care of operations like communication and other related to the brand.

    Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a professional and engaging manner. Foster positive interactions with our audience.

    Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of posts and campaigns. Compile data and prepare regular reports on key metrics.

    Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices. Suggest innovative ideas for campaigns based on emerging trends.

    Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members (designers, video editors, 3rd party vendors) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels. Also outreach to potential collaborators for the brand and coordinate the communications with them.

    Social Media Advertising: Assist in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creativity and an eye for visual design.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous internship or entry-level experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
    • Knowledge of organic growth hacking and content optimization for social media.
    • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
