    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, strategize, and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns for our annual conferences.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Project Managers to optimize campaign performance.
    • Create and manage paid lead campaigns on , Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Develop and oversee Google ads for effective lead generation and branding campaigns.
    • Continuously optimize campaign performance across Google and Facebook to enhance ROI.
    • Execute HTML mailer campaigns for Brand Reachout initiatives and Newsletter distributions.
    • Experience in implementing SEO strategies and techniques to enhance website visibility and organic traffic growth.
    • Proficiency in managing and deploying Google Tag Manager for effective tracking, analytics, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
    • Design and implement drip campaigns for accelerated cycles and sustained engagement.
    • Prepare and share detailed email reports and dashboards.
    • Utilize experience with HubSpot, Zoho, and other marketing automation tools.
    • Collaborate effectively across functional and geographic groups.
    • Closely work with various stakeholders internally and support them to run campaigns successfully
    • Prepare and share comprehensive reports and dashboards on campaign performance.
    • Efficiently run and manage social media campaigns.

    Job Profile: Digital Marketing Manager

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid digital marketing and campaign management.
    • Experience in content curation and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in HTML emailers and drip campaigns.
    • In-depth understanding of various paid digital marketing channels and tools.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot or Zoho.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
