    Job Description - Business Analyst (Retention) (Freshers/Experienced (Maximum 2 Yrs))

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Analyst (Retention) to join our

    team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts

    and contributing to the success of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Net Promoter Score Analysis: Prepare detailed weekly/ monthly reports and presentations

    to communicate the NPS issues. Root cause analysis, NPS benchmarking, Trend analysis,

    Closing the loop with relevant stakeholders.

    ● Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor

    activities, and consumer behaviour. Utilise research findings to propose innovative marketing

    strategies.

    ● Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives by analyzing key

    performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. Use data-driven

    approaches to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    ● Customer Retention CRM Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and

    manage various CRM campaigns. This includes SMS, WhatsApp, email marketing, app

    notifications, customer segmentation, etc.

    ● Campaign Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to

    communicate the performance and impact of CRM activities to the marketing and

    management teams. Publish weekly, and monthly reports.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's degree

    ● Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong analytical & logical skills to interpret data and derive

    valuable insights. Ability to connect data points and propose data-driven recommendations.

    ● Numerical Proficiency: Comfortable working with numbers and proficiency in data analysis

    tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.

    ● Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing marketing trends and technology

    advancements.

    ● Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.

    ● Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a
