    Jetbro is seeking an Office Admin Trainee to join our dynamic team.     Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    1. Office Management: Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
    2. Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    3. Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    4. Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
    5. Client Communication: Handle inquiries from clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
    6. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in office administration and digital technologies.
    7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across different departments to support projects and initiatives as required.
    8. Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team to contribute to the overall success of the organization.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
