- Create and maintain automated solutions for operational aspects such as on-call monitoring, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience managing and optimizing modern databases, both relational and non-relational.
- Hands-on Observability development experience, including log monitoring and metrics collection using tools like DataDog, Open Telemetry, Garfana, DynaTrace, New Relic, Splunk, or HoneyComb.
- 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, or Azure.
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution in a fast-paced environment.

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Development, Mobile application, and Microservices.

- Strong experience with monitoring and observability systems/tools, especially Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience in measuring Golden Signals and DORA metrics.
- Understanding of SLA/SLI/SLO and implementation using Observability tools.
- Prior experience in collecting, aggregating, and visualizing insights within technical products.
- Proficiency with cloud services, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in fully automating CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Tekton.
- Expertise in infrastructure provisioning and management, e.g., Terraform.
- Knowledge of Agile tools like CA Agile Central (Rally), user stories, iterations, backlogs, etc.
