    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. He/She will define and enhance our digital positioning, strategy, and strengthen our brand presence on social media. This role requires planning, creation and execution of marketing strategies across all digital touchpoints to achieve key business objectives.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    1. Content Strategy Development:

    Create a diverse content calendar, incorporating various types of content such as videos,

    blogs, infographics, and live streams.

    Understand and leverage the strengths of each social media platform.

    Stay updated with trending topics and hashtags.

    2. Audience Engagement:

    Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content like

    polls and Q&As.

    Encourage user-generated content and share it on your platforms.

    Host contests, giveaways, and online events.

    3. Analytics and Reporting:

    Regularly analyze engagement metrics to understand what content resonates with your

    audience.

    Use social media analytics tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Provide insights and reports to stakeholders.

    4. Community Building:

    Foster a sense of community among your followers.

    Create and moderate online groups or forums related to your brand or industry.

    Organise offline events or meetups (if applicable).

    5. Collaboration and Influencer Marketing:

    Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand your reach.

    Identify influencers whose followers align with your target audience.

    Manage partnerships and collaborations effectively.

    6. Brand Image and Reputation Management:

    Monitor mentions of your brand across social platforms.

    Address negative feedback promptly and professionally.

    Highlight positive reviews and testimonials.

    7. Content Creation and Curation:

    Develop original, creative content that aligns with your brand's voice and goals.

    Curate relevant content from other sources to provide value to your audience.

    8. Professional Development:

    Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and tools.

    Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences related to social media marketing.

    Network with other professionals in your field.

    Qualifications:

    1. Social Media Management Tools: Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms to schedule posts, monitor mentions, and track performance.

    2. Analytics Platforms: Familiarity with analytics tools specific to each social media platform (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to measure and analyse engagement, reach, and other key metrics.

    3. SEO Tools: Understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website traffic and optimize social media content for search engines.

    4. Content Management Systems (CMS): Understanding of CMS platforms for publishing and managing blog content and integrating it with social media.

    5. Experience in Scaling Social Media Pages: Proven track record of significantly increasing follower base, engagement, and reach on social media platforms.
