    Objective: We are looking for a seasoned Training Manager with expertise in insurance, investments, and lending, who also has experience in call center and branch training. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive training programs that enhance product knowledge, and process understanding, and develop skills and behavior, ensuring our team excels in both call center and branch environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Program Development: Design and implement training programs covering insurance products, investment strategies, lending processes, call center operations, and branch management.
    • Center Training: Develop specific training modules for call center staff, focusing on customer service excellence, communication skills, product knowledge, and handling complex customer queries.
    • Training: Create and deliver training content tailored for branch employees, focusing on face-to-face customer interactions, sales techniques, compliance, and operational efficiency.
    • Expertise: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in insurance, investments, lending, as well as call center and branch management to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
    • Delivery: Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions using various methodologies suited for adult learning, ensuring effectiveness in both call center and branch environments.
    • Behavior Enhancement: Develop programs to improve technical skills, customer handling, sales abilities, and behavioral competencies.
    • Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs, adapting and improving content based on feedback, performance data, and changing business needs.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, HR, and senior management to align training with organizational goals and employee development needs.
    • Resource Management: Manage training resources and budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use and ROI.
    • Requirements: Be prepared to travel as necessary to conduct or supervise training programs at various locations, including call centers and branches.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • degree in Business, Finance or related field.
    • to 5 years of experience in training and development within insurance, investment, lending, call center, and/or branch environments, Preferably from NBFC/Banking Industry.
    • Proficiency in Delivery- English, Hindi and Telugu.
    • knowledge of call center dynamics and branch operations.
