    Description
    Roles:

    Lead the IT -Software support and solution team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Full fill and deliver company and management goal of IT and software
    • Business functional technical expert with a minimum of 10+ years' experience of the jewelry manufacturing domain.
    • Hands-on experience with domain-specific ERP software.
    • Hand-on experience in the implementation of business and inventory process flow of B2B and B2C, company and legal compliance, and manufacturing processes.
    • Technical requirement gathering with key data role to fulfill software requirements
    • Knowledge and experience on Cloud AWS/ Azure etc
    • Added advantage of having SQL knowledge of any database and front-end technology DotNet / Java etc
    • Vendor Management with ERP software service vendors

    Preferred Experience and skills:

    • Understanding of the Local Jewellery retail market
    • Passionate about jewellery/fashion
    • Experience in family run business will be preferred
    • Experience in skilling people, handling larger teams and human resource orientation would be valuable
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
