    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX designer role located in Chandigarh. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive designs for our website and mobile app that enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and design effective solutions. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve our design processes.

    Qualifications


    • You must have experience working with US or European clients.


    • Must have good Communication skills.


    • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers


    • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps


    • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.


    • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)


    • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, friction in user flows)

    · Create User Personas, Design Surveys, and perform A/B Testing


    • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback


    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.


    • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign


    • SAAS product experience


    • CSS Expertise: Implement and maintain responsive and visually appealing UI designs using HTML and CSS (SCSS), ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
